Phillip has been in the AV industry for over 15 years. He has an substantial amount of experience which has developed his industry knowledge. Specialising in lighting, he is without a doubt the best at what he does.

Suth has strong skills in developing and executing sales, working along side and leading the team to make targets for the company. Reaching tenure in the industry, he is exceptional in audio.

With a degree of Audio Engineering and Sound Production, Patrick looks after all aspects of audio design across all of our jobs. His skills and experience have made him the best person to be head of this department.

As the Logistics Manager of Jay Productions & Events, Richard’s role is a key part of the business. He supervises all movement and distribution of goods. As well as organises and plans the smooth flow of resources.

Suzie has worked for Jay Productions for 2 years. She is in charge of the office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Suzie is also in charge of Human Resources for the company.

Cody is our senior production manager who supervises on all projects to make sure that everything runs soundly. His role is also to ensure the team are meeting all safety guidelines and requirements.

Joe oversees all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, logistics, and team supervision. He plays a vital role in maintaining warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and overall operational success.

With a wealth of expertise for technical precision, Johnnie plays a vital role in bringing productions to life. From setting up and maintaining equipment to troubleshooting on-the-spot, he ensures that every technical aspect runs seamlessly, allowing the creative vision to shine.

Lighting Designer

Fully self taught in all aspects of lighting, Jeremy is our lighting designer and operator for events. He also specialises in Vectorworks and completes all of our CAD drawings.

Jr Account Manager

Lysander has been managing relationships with clients and executing small projects from start to finish for over 2 years now. Although he is fairly new to the industry he is always up for a challenge and willing to learn, and grow in this fast paced environment.
